Política de privacidad
Read this policy in English.
Puedes escribirnos a hola@pushealo.com o a 800 N King Street, Suite 304-3608, Wilmington, DE 19801, Estados Unidos.

13. Menores de edad

Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
Pushealo is the WhatsApp sales service for businesses of Barlow Prester, Inc. ("Barlow Prester", "we", "us"), a Delaware corporation. You can reach us at hola@pushealo.com or at 800 N King Street, Suite 304-3608, Wilmington, DE 19801, United States.
2. Roles
For the information of businesses that hold an account with us, Barlow Prester is the controller. For the information of the people who write to those businesses ("end customers"), the business is the controller, and Barlow Prester processes that information on the business's behalf and according to its instructions.
3. Information we process
Businesses: business name, contact person, email address, phone number, billing details, the identifiers of the business's WhatsApp Business Account and phone numbers, and the message templates the business uses.
End customers: WhatsApp phone number and profile name; the content of messages exchanged with the business, including text, images, audio, video and documents; dates and delivery status of messages; records of consent and of requests to stop messages; and order details the end customer provides in the chat, such as products, delivery address, or a tax identification number when the business needs it to issue an invoice.
This information reaches us through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform when an end customer writes to a business, and from the business itself.
4. How we use it
To deliver and receive messages on the business's behalf; to record consent and honour requests to stop messages; to bill the business for our service; to prevent abuse and keep the service secure; and to comply with Meta's policies. When they become available, we will also use it to generate AI-assisted replies limited to the business's own products and policies, and to show the conversation history to the business.
We do not sell this information, use it for advertising, or combine the information of different businesses. The end customers of one business are never shown to another business. We do not use the content of conversations to train artificial-intelligence models; no AI model provider receives messages today. When we activate the assistant, we will only use providers that process message content solely to generate replies, under contracts that prohibit them from training on it.
5. Who we share it with
Meta Platforms, as the operator of WhatsApp, which is necessary for messages to be delivered and whose handling of information is governed by WhatsApp's own terms; cloud hosting and content delivery providers; once we activate the assistant, artificial-intelligence model providers that generate replies; and our payment processor, only to bill businesses for our service. We never receive the payments that end customers make to businesses.
We may also disclose information where required by law, to enforce our Terms, or to protect the rights and safety of users, third parties or ourselves.
6. Retention
- Today we keep messages, images, audio, video, documents and consent records for as long as the business holds an account with us or until deletion is requested. We do not yet apply automatic deletion periods; we will publish them here before activating them.
- A business can ask us at any time for a copy of its history or to delete it. When a business closes its account, we provide a copy on request and delete all of its data within 30 days.
- If someone asked to stop receiving messages from a business, we keep their number and the date of the request even if everything else is deleted, so that we do not write to them again.
- The log of configuration changes to each account cannot be edited or deleted, so it is kept even if everything else is deleted. It does not contain the content of conversations.
- Billing records of businesses are kept for the period required by tax and accounting law. They contain amounts and dates, not the content of conversations.
- Deleted information may remain in backup copies for up to 35 days before it is removed.
7. Security
Information is encrypted in transit. The credentials that give access to each business's WhatsApp account are encrypted at rest and the service does not display them back. Access to conversations is limited to those of us who operate the service, and changes to the configuration of each business account are recorded in a log that cannot be edited or deleted. No system is perfectly secure; we will notify affected people and regulators of a breach as required by law.
8. Your choices and rights
End customers can reply at any time with a message that says only STOP or BAJA to stop messages from a business. To request access to or deletion of your information, contact the business you wrote to, or follow the steps on our Data deletion page.
Subject to the law that applies to you, you may request access, correction, deletion or a portable copy of your information, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent. We respond within 30 days and may need to verify your identity before acting.
9. International transfers
We are established in the United States. Our servers are in Germany, and our team and backup copies may be in other countries, including Guatemala, so your information may be processed outside your country.
10. This website
This website does not use cookies, analytics or third-party advertising. The separate page where a business connects its WhatsApp account loads Meta tools, which may use cookies under Meta's policies.
11. Changes
We may update this policy as the service or the law changes. The date at the top reflects the current version, and we will announce material changes before they take effect.

13. Minors
Pushealo is contracted by businesses, not by minors. Anyone can write to a business and we cannot know their age. If a minor gave us information this way, ask us to delete it by following the steps on our Data deletion page.
